Our Transferable Limited Warranty features a 20-year coverage for our glass packages. Our High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass package is a standard feature of all our replacement windows, while you can also choose High-Performance Low-E4 SmartSun™ glass if you want enhanced protection against direct sunlight. Other non-glass components, including Fibrex® material frames and sashes and the color or finish, have a 10-year warranty coverage.
All our replacement windows offer a two-year warranty coverage on the installation. Should your windows develop problems due to poor workmanship, we will bring the workmanship up to our professional standards at no extra cost to you.
Renewal by Andersen takes full responsibility for the quality of our replacement windows, from material to installation. However, there are circumstances that are simply beyond our control, and cannot provide warranty coverage for. This includes unauthorized modifications to the windows, improper care and maintenance and natural disasters. The complete list of such conditions is included in our warranty terms and conditions.
Simply call us to arrange an appointment. As with all warranty claims, one of our representatives will inspect the faulty windows and arrange appropriate action. We will only require pertinent information such as the serial number of your windows, receipts and other paperwork and other related documentation such as photos.
