Renewal by Andersen® Low-Maintenance Window Types

When you’re looking for a replacement window for your home, you don’t need to get the same type of window as the ones you currently have. You can always change the type to suit your remodeling job. But what type of window should you get?

Since you’re upgrading your windows, it’s best to get something that lasts a long time and requires the least amount of maintenance. Here are different types of windows you may consider:

Casement Windows

Casement windows open horizontally and have one sash. A traditional style, the casement is very simple to use and easy to clean. This window is suitable for cramped spaces that need a lot of light.

Bay Windows

This type of window offers a great view of the outside and adds style to your home. Bay windows have three or four window panels that extend in a linear manner. Most of the time, there is a space to sit at the sill.

Double-Hung Windows

One of the most convenient window types for cleaning, these windows open inward and independently of one another. This way, you can decide how much ventilation you want and at the same time clean them without the need for a ladder.

Custom Windows

Not everyone can choose which type they need without research. Sometimes, you need something that’s suitable only for your home. You can ask for special shapes like octagons, trapezoids or others. Our custom windows are likely to catch your fancy. You can also customize the material and glass to suit your needs and aesthetic preferences.

Ask Renewal by Andersen® of Montana about your special windows to determine if we have the type you need. We can give you a consultation on which type of window is best for your home and needs. You can start the process of getting the right windows  by calling us at (406) 259-3944.
