Renewal by Andersen® of Montana: Key Warranty Features

Warranties are the assurance homeowners receive with their home improvement projects. These projects include roofs, doors and windows. Wouldn’t you want to have peace of mind that you’re protected from issues that cost a hefty sum?

Read on as Renewal by Andersen® of Montana discusses the extra security they give homeowners when they decide to get Renewal by Andersen products in their homes. Here’s a look at what our warranties promise our customers.

Warranty for Glass Material

Each insulating glass in Renewal by Andersen® window sash and door panels is given a warranty of 20 years. However, the warranty doesn’t cover accidental or consequential damage such as glass curvature, scratches and other man-made glass damage. But proven manufacturing defects are either replaced or repaired free of charge.

Warranty for Installation

The installation of your Renewal by Andersen window or door by an authorized window company like Renewal by Andersen of Montana comes with two years of coverage. When your product begins to show signs of an installation failure, we’ll cover the costs of upgrading the workmanship to our professional standards.

Warranty for Other Components

Other window components that we cover with warranties are the locks, lifts, hinges and weatherstripping. We cover repair or replacement costs of these window components for 10 years, provided they are damaged due to installation or manufacturing defects.

And lastly, the frame material used by Renewal by Andersen on all our windows — called Fibrex® — is also warrantied not to flake, rust, blister, peel, crack or rot with normal use for 10 years.

Renewal by Andersen of Montana, the leading window contractor, values customer satisfaction above all, especially when it comes to warranty assurance and peace of mind. Although we are confident our products won’t fail to protect your home from the weather, we cover them with strong warranties for your added protection.
